Where are you located?
Are your leather products vegan?
Yes, all of our leather is vegan. If an item should be genuine leather it will be noted in the description.
Do you sell locally made/handmade items?
Yes, if an item is handmade it will be noted in the description.
Can I place a hold on an item?
Due to our very limited, exclusive stock, we do not allow holds on items in store or online.
Are all of your items available online?
Due to our unique limited stock, not all items are featured online.
I keep thinking about an item in your store, how do I order it after I've left?
The best way to order an item you've seen in our store but not online is to give us a call at 609-368-3800.
If I shop online, can I pick up in store?
Yes, please notate "in store pickup" and we will notify you when your order is ready.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We ship our orders in the order they are received, starting on the next business day.
What shipping company do you use?
All items are shipped USPS First Class mail, 3-7 days in transit.
Can you expedite shipping?
Please contact us to inquire about faster shipping methods.
I do not like the item I ordered, is it returnable?
Please see our return policy. Not all items are returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Can I get a store credit?
If you would like to return an item for an even exchange you may, however, shipping of the return and the new product are the responsibility of the customer.

At Coastal FX, we want to get your order to you as fast as possible!
All items are shipped USPS first class mail, and are typically delivered in 3-5 days. However, some states on the West Coast plus Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer estimated delivery dates.
Shipping rates are calculated by distance and weight, some items ship for free and are indicated on the item listing.
We process orders daily, and ship within 1-3 business days. If you order on Tuesday, your item will be shipped no later then Friday.
Not all items are returnable. See item descriptions before purchase.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
Online: Customers must start a return by notifying Coastal FX via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
In store: Customers may visit the store for a return of an in-store purchase at any time.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
All returns are subject to review.
Shipping cost will not be returned to customer.
Once return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment less the original shipping cost.
Store credits can be issued for in store returns upon request
Exchanges in exact amounts are permitted.
